1. Platform Usage
By using RocketRide, you agree to use the platform for lawful logistics management purposes only. You must be a registered business entity in India. Each account is tied to a single business PAN/GST registration.
2. Service Level Agreement
RocketRide targets 99.7% API uptime on a 90-day rolling basis. Planned maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance via email. Compensation for SLA breaches is governed by your tier agreement.
3. Courier Integrations
RocketRide facilitates logistics via third-party courier partners. Delivery outcomes, including delays and non-deliveries, are subject to each courier's own terms. RocketRide is not liable for courier-caused failures beyond initiating automated resolution workflows.
4. COD and Financial Terms
COD remittance timelines are D+1 for qualifying volume tiers and D+3 for others. Actual remittance depends on courier partner settlement cycles. Weight dispute credits are processed after verification with courier invoices.
5. Account Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Prepaid balances are refunded per the Refund Policy. Active shipments in transit are not affected by account termination until final delivery.
