1. Data We Collect
We collect business registration details (PAN, GST), shipping addresses, contact information, and operational data (AWB numbers, shipment volumes, courier performance metrics). We do not collect personal consumer data beyond what couriers provide for delivery purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate the platform (booking, tracking, reconciliation), to improve routing algorithms, and to provide operational analytics in your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Courier Data Sharing
We share shipment data (consignee name, address, product description, weight, value) with courier partners only as required to book and track shipments. Each courier partner's own privacy policy governs their use of this data.
4. Data Retention
Shipment records are retained for 3 years for reconciliation and dispute purposes. Account data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 1 year. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
