Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 1,000 shipments on the platform.

2. Prepaid Wallet Balance

Unused prepaid wallet balance is refundable upon account termination with 7-day processing time. Minimum refundable amount is ₹500. Amounts below ₹500 are forfeited on account closure.

3. COD Remittance Disputes

Disputed COD remittances must be raised within 15 days of the courier's settlement date. Verified disputes are credited to your wallet within 5 business days. Disputes against courier invoices may take up to 30 days to resolve.

4. Contact for Refunds

Raise a refund request at billing@rocketride.in or via your account dashboard. Include your account ID, the amount, and the reason for the request.
